Atlanta RE Group was formed by Brett Washburn in 2007 as the parent company for A&A Apartment Locators. The company was established to provide property management services to home owners and home renters. It was a natural progression for Atlanta Real Estate Group to help rental clients buy their first home.
Atlanta RE Group has enjoyed a smooth transition into the sales side over the last decade. We have represented both buyers and sellers of a wide range of single family homes, town homes, condos, and high rises all over the metro Atlanta area.

I lived in the Alpharetta area for 25 years until renovating my first house in the North Decatur area in 2019. Both of my kids attended Centennial High School and are now Georgia State and Georgia Southern. My business takes me all around the metro Atlanta area, so I am very knowledgeable of metro Atlanta from downtown going north up I-75 and I-85 and suburbs all around.

In my personal life, I'm very passionate about sports including baseball, basketball, and football. I love attending sporting events both locally with the Braves, Falcons, and Hawks as well as catching my Packers and Badgers whenever I can.

I have played baseball locally in the MABL/MSBL since 1994 and am proud to be an Atlanta Dragons coach and player. Over the last decade I've been a basketball coach for Centennial High School in Roswell, Etowah High School in Woodstock, and most recently Milton High School in Milton/Alpharetta.
